I'm gonna add to this constantly but here are some cool resources for learning to code, templates, things to put on your site, etc... Most if not all are free or have a free version and/or are public domain. Enjoy! (Tip: make a new email for all of this. You have to sign up to a lot of these sites to use them, and trust me, your inbox will thank you for it.)
This one is pretty cool, as the name suggests it is FREE. It has a lot of courses, audio-video and hands-on exercises. Yippie!
This one is mostly free, with a paid version and in my opinion, is better used as a code wiki. Still, it can teach you a lot about MANY coding languages and has some nice drills.
To be honest, I haven't used this one and I don't know much about it, but it does offer a free plan, and I've heard it recommended a few times :P
Ah, Khan Academy my beloved. Again, free, and very epic. I think it's mostly video format, but there should be some lessons too.

Ooh!! A more advanced one, but still great! This is super helpful for learning more advanced OR basic CSS. It's sort of a forum!
This website is MEGA BASED and it has cheatsheets for several coding languages, and theyre interactive which makes it easier to copy and paste elements.

While it can be a little hard and intimidating to use at first, this is a great website for finding royalty-free images for your website. It also has music and video! Flickr is a great choice.
